The Fifth Annual Northern Michigan University Invitational Programming Contest was held from 12:00 to 5:00 P.M. EST on Saturday 20 March 2004 at Northern Michigan University. The contest was organized by the NMU student chapter of the ACM and was attended by 48 students on 17 teams representing the following 4 schools.

The contest consisted of 7 problems to be solved over a 5 hour period.
