The fourth annual NMU Invitational Programming Contest was held from 12:00 to 5:00 P.M. EST on Saturday 29 March 2002 at Northern Michigan University. The contest was organized by the NMU student chapter of the ACM and was attended by 61 students on 24 teams representing the following five schools.

The contest consisted of 6 problems to be solved over a 5 hour period.
